Writing COM Automation Events - Help

I've rebuild simple Automation server and client by Writing COM Automation Events as 27126.html Help attached file
But I've receive an message error: |Access violation at address 005D44FB in module Client.exe. Read of address 00000000.|
Who has experience with automation, please help me where did i go wrong?
